Affiliate marketing is one of the most effective ways to grow a business, so it’s not surprising that 83% of marketers use affiliate marketing programs. It enables you to build genuine trust through partners with the right audience for your brand, and most importantly you only pay for real results.
But effective affiliate marketing relies on finding the right partners and managing those relationships so that they deliver value for your brand. There are a lot of affiliate marketing tools out there but it’s important to find the right one. When I first started experimenting with affiliate marketing for my ecommerce business, I chose a simple tool with basic affiliate tracking. It was easy to get started but after a few months I realised its limitations.
I realised I needed a tool that could give me in depth analytics and also manage my other marketing activities, including paid ads. I started to research other performance marketing platforms and then I came across Everflow and I have never looked back.
Lets go through my experiences of using Everflow and how to get started with it so you can scale your affiliate marketing quickly and effectively.
What is Everflow?

Everflow is more than an affiliate marketing tool, it’s an all in one performance marketing platform. That means it can help you manage all your partner programs, including affiliates, influencers, media buyers and agencies through one dashboard.
It’s ideal for businesses that have outgrown basic affiliate software and need something more powerful and scalable with in-depth analytics which gives you full visibility across every marketing channel. This makes it particularly good for growing businesses as it scales with your business, plus it comes with custom pricing for growing budgets.
Let’s have a closer look at Everflow’s impressive range of features.
Key Features
Multi Channel Tracking
Everflow allows you to keep track of every partner that sends you sales, not just affiliates. I used to juggle between multiple marketing tools to manage my affiliates and paid ads but once I switched to Everflow I could see how all my performance marketing channels were performing within one dashboard.

Easy to Use Dashboard
The dashboard is one of my favourite things about Everflow. It’s clear, user friendly and captures everything you need to know to keep on track of your performance marketing, such as clicks, conversions, revenue, and payouts, across all channels and in real time.
Automated Payouts and Partner Onboarding
With Everflow you can automate partner payouts and onboarding. You can easily set up custom payment rules, automate recurring commissions, and onboard new affiliates or influencers, and you also get access to built-in compliance and payment tools to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Curated Partner Marketplace
The hardest part of affiliate marketing is finding the right partners, but Everflow’s marketplace makes this easy. You can connect directly with thousands of verified affiliates, creators, media buyers, influencers, and performance partners. This means you can scale your affiliate marketing quickly and effectively.
If that’s not enough, you can get access to thousands more top-tier publishers and media outlets like Condé Nast and BuzzFeed, through the Skimlinks integration. This is ideal for brands looking to build content-driven partnerships and expand beyond traditional affiliates.
Advanced Analytics and Multi-Touch Attribution
Everflow gives you detailed insights into every conversion, partner, and channel, while multi-touch attribution lets you see the full customer journey. That means you can reward the right partners, detect patterns in buyer behavior, and allocate your marketing budget with confidence.
Fraud Prevention
Everflow’s built-in fraud protection tools automatically detect suspicious clicks, duplicate conversions, and low-quality traffic. You can set custom validation rules or use automated filters to protect your marketing spend and keep your partner network compliant, and profitable.
Benefits
But what do these features actually mean for your business? Let’s explore the benefits in more detail.
Develop Real Relationships with all Kinds of Partners
One of the biggest advantages of Everflow is that it brings every type of partnership into a single, unified system. You can onboard your happiest customers as ambassadors, track influencer activities as soon as they start promoting, and even set up contracts once they’ve earned revenue. Everflow also makes it easy to form strategic partnerships with agencies, communities, and newsletters, and you can track, measure and manage all of this from the same dashboard.

Make Sure your Budget Goes to the Right Place
Because you can see exactly where every click and conversion is coming from across all channels, you know where to focus your marketing budget. Multi-touch attribution means you’re not limited to last-click tracking, so you can reward the partners who contribute the most value to your business.
And unlike smaller platforms that only offer basic filters, Everflow makes it easy to filter out bad traffic. You can set up your own validation rules, exclude risky traffic types, and use automated protection to ensure your partners are driving genuine results.
Save Time and Avoid Errors
When I first started with affiliate marketing, I spent hours recruiting partners, managing payouts and analysing the data. Moving to Everflow took away so much of this manual admin thanks to the automation tools. And the partner marketplace meant I could quickly find the right partners for my business and onboard them quickly. As your performance marketing programme increases and covers more channels and areas, Everflow will help you to keep on top of all the activity, monitor how you’re doing and avoid costly mistakes.

Challenges
Like any software, Everflow comes with some challenges and it’s not going to be the right tool for everyone. These are the potential drawbacks I’ve encountered when using it:
Steeper Learning Curve
The first affiliate software program I used only took me a few minutes to get to grips with but that’s because it was very basic. Everflow is a powerful all purpose performance marketing tool so unsurprisingly it takes longer to implement. You need to set up your rules and automation, plus add in existing partners and get familiar with the dashboard. The good news is that Everflow has really thorough onboarding and support to guide you through the process and resolve any teething issues quickly and easily.
Higher Pricing
Everflow is a step up in pricing from some of the other simple affiliate programs out there but that’s because it offers more in the way of scalability, automation and analytics. I decided it was worth the extra expense as it would allow me to drive more sales plus save time on manual tasks and it’s done just that. In fact it allowed me to get rid of other marketing tools I had been using which saved me some money.

Lots of features (Which Might be Overkill for Some)
Everflow is aimed at businesses which have established performance marketing campaigns or businesses that may be new to affiliate marketing but which are scaling quickly. Businesses with just a handful of affiliates and no plans to expand in the near future will likely find Everflow more powerful and expensive than necessary. If you’re in that boat, you might be better off looking at simpler tools like Tapfiliate or FirstPromoter.
Pricing
That leads us on to pricing. Everflow is not the cheapest tool in the market but I found that the range of features more than justified the extra expense. The good thing is that Everflow offers custom pricing based on business size, traffic and volume, so it grows with your business. To get an accurate price, book a demo with Everflow and they’ll recommend the right package for you and get you started on the right track.
Getting Started with Everflow
Everflow is an advanced platform which does require some work to get set up, however Everflow has an impressive onboarding team, plus lots of guides and resources to help you through each stage of the process.
Here’s what the process typically looks like:
Book a Demo
If you’re interested in Everflow, get started by booking a demo. During the demo, the Everflow team will walk you through the most relevant features for your business and goals, and also give you an accurate monthly price. Just make sure you come to the call with a clear idea of your performance marketing goals as this will help you get the most out of the demo.

Set up Tracking and Integrations
Once you’ve signed up for an account, it’s time to integrate your existing tools with Everflow. For my business, I needed to integrate Shopify and Stripe, but you may want to integrate other marketing, ecommerce or billing tools. You then need to decide which metrics you want to track. Unless you’re already really comfortable with performance marketing, I would recommend starting small and tracking key metrics like signups or purchases and then increasing your tracking points as you get more data.
Import or Recruit Partners
Next, you’ll want to import your current affiliates. This is really easy to do and you can just follow Everflow’s guide to adding partners. If you don’t currently have any partners or you’re ready to find more partners then head over to Everflow’s curated partner marketplace. You can filter it by traffic type, promotion method and vertical in order to find the perfect partners for you. I recommend looking for the affiliates with the most relevant well-aligned audiences even if they have lower traffic numbers as they’re the partners most likely to drive customers who convert. You can also invite your happiest customers to join as referral partners.
Launch your Campaigns
Once you’ve got your partners ready and your tracking in place, it’s time to create campaigns. This involves setting commission structures, goals and tracking links. This bit can be a little more complicated so I recommend reaching out to Everflow helpdesk if you find yourself getting confused at any point. I found it easiest to keep my commission models simple to start off with and then get more complex as I became more confident with the tool.
Monitor, Optimize, and Automate
Once your campaigns are running, that’s when Everflow’s dashboard really comes into its own. I love how easy it is to see all my essential data like clicks, conversions and payouts in one place. It’s worth taking the time to get familiar with the dashboard, the reports and experiment with making tweaks to your campaigns as this is where you start to see real improvements in ROI. Make sure to check out the automation tools too. I use Everflow Pay to automate payouts and it’s saved me a lot of time and means I don’t need to worry about my partners being paid on time.
Summary
As you’ve probably guessed, I’m a big fan of Everflow. I’ve found it to be a great all round performance marketing tool with all the features I need to get the most ROI out of my partner relationships. Thanks to the user-friendly dashboard, I’m confident that I have full visibility over my partners and campaigns and I can scale my performance marketing easily as my business grows thanks to the automation options and curated marketplace.
If you’re interested in Everflow but you’re unsure about the price or learning curve, I highly recommend booking a demo so you can get a personalized quote and understand what Everflow can do for your business. If you’re serious about growing your performance marketing then I think it’s well worth the investment.
